Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Customer service oriented.
• Technically savvy and proficient using various software.
• Must be social media proficient.
• Experienced with excellent communication and phone skills.

• Ability to pass a drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Sell jobs and manage inbound sales calls.
• Own the sales process start to finish.
• Observing and documenting property deficiencies.
• Schedule service appointments for customers.
• Talk to customers and prospects on the phone.
• Speak with customers about additional services.
• Acquire new commercial customers through personal contacts and community networking groups.
• Weekly goal setting and review meeting.
• Continued training and growth.
• Receive incoming calls and respond to emails in professional and courteous manner.
• Price jobs/services and write up estimates.
• Monitor and transfer office calls and emails.
• Complete office administration tasks.
