Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

We're a small, family-owned security alarm business based in St. Louis, and we're growing! The ideal candidate is an execution-driven, hands-on Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales leadership to lead a motivated team of salespeople. This role involves setting sales goals, coaching, motivating, and establishing behavior and activity expectations to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial sales efforts and expand our client base in St. Louis and surrounding areas.
  • Identify new opportunities across retail, industrial, office, and multi-tenant properties.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Report directly to ownership and help develop sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial or B2B sales (alarm/security industry experience is a plus).
  • 1+ years in a leadership or management role preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the St. Louis market is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, team-oriented environment.
