AutoZone seeks a Commercial Specialist to support its commercial sales and service operations. You’ll drive WOW! customer service, assist commercial customers with product selection and orders, and help with delivery coordination.

This role blends customer service, sales support, and logistics; bilingual English/Spanish communication is valued, and you may lead the team in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Document and inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
