CertaPro Painters of Harrisburg, PA is seeking a proven Commercial Sales Estimator who can win work, price it right, and drive revenue. If you’ve built estimates, chased bids, and closed real commercial painting projects, keep reading. This is not an entry-level estimating role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial painting estimating experience.
• Understanding of production rates, labor burden and job costing.
• Understanding of coatings systems and surface prep.
• Proven track record bidding and winning commercial work.
• Able to be accountable to numbers and results.
• Self-driven with minimal hand-holding.

What You’ll Do

What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years of COMMERCIAL painting estimating experience
• You understand:
• Production rates

• You’ve bid and WON commercial work
• You’re comfortable being accountable to numbers and results
• You don’t need hand-holding — you execute

Compensation (Built For Producers)

• Base salary + strong performance-based commission (On Target Earnings - over $100k)
• High upside for closers
