Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial painting estimating experience.
- Understanding of production rates, labor burden and job costing.
- Understanding of coatings systems and surface prep.
- Proven track record bidding and winning commercial work.
- Able to be accountable to numbers and results.
- Self-driven with minimal hand-holding.
Responsibilities

- Walk jobs, break down scope, and build accurate, competitive estimates
- Bid from plans, specs, and real-world site conditions
