DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator in Olathe, Kansas to support sales efforts and coordinate order processing.

You will prepare reports, communicate with vendors and customers, and assist with pricing, billing, and contract processing in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Satisfactorily perform all responsibilities of Sales Support role.

• Interpersonal, customer service, and communication with the ability to assess and solve issues.
• Advanced sales order processing including entering lines, change orders, cost estimates, and billing.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Basic contract processing.
• Overtime may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Title

Job Responsibilities

• Satisfactorily perform all job responsibilities of Sales Support role.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures and company software systems, utilizing them to generate departmental reports for management review.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to assess and problem‑solve customer‑related issues.
• Advanced sales order processing, including entering lines for purchasing, change orders, pre‑liens, cost estimates, and sales order billing.
• Communication with vendors, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Basic contract processing.
• Ability to work overtime may be required.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
