We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of various roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
• Safe operation of tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.).
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling at least 50 lbs.
• Operate ladders and communicate effectively with the team.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Roofing (all levels, 1+ year preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Acceptable background check.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.

The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $33, based on qualifications and experience. Tremco offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, pension plan, and ongoing education.
