We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

1. Installation of various roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
2. Safe operation of tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.).
3. Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards, demonstrating safe work practices.
4. Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling at least 50 lbs.
5. Climb and operate on ladders.
6. Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.).
7. Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings.
8. Paint roofing components and structural elements as needed.
9. Identify and repair leaks or damage on roofs.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
11. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in Commercial Roofing; at least 1 year preferred.
2. Reliable transportation.
3. Successful background check as per company standards.
4. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.

The hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $29.00, based on qualifications and other considerations.
