Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join our growing family.

Responsibilities

• Field-based technician position involving local travel in a company-provided vehicle to evaluate commercial properties, perform service inspections, and complete repair projects that keep roofing systems operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend practical service solutions, and execute repair work on low-slope systems while maintaining high standards for quality and professionalism.
• Deliver dependable service, accurate repair results, and lasting customer confidence.

Qualifications

• At least two years of commercial roofing experience, and one to two years of repair experience.
• Working knowledge of low-slope roofing assemblies.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• On-site schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; overtime as needed; two Saturdays per month from April through October (10–12 hour days during peak season).
