Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Technician to join our Indianapolis team. This hands-on role focuses on repair, service calls, and diagnostics for commercial properties, delivering dependable work in the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime and two Saturdays per month during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work.
• Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project.
• Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects.
• Be on call for after‑hours emergency calls if on rotation.
• Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
• Look for other necessary repairs on properties, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Overview

As a Commercial Roofing Technicianwith Bone Dry Roofing, the technician role is a hands‑on service position focused on repair excellence. This technician performs service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field. Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience

• Ability to perform service tasks at heights

• Low‑slop systems knowledge

• Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights,

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season

Work Environment

• This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.

• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Driving

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
