Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to perform on-site repairs, inspections, and diagnostic work on commercial properties. You will handle service calls, coordinate with commercial customers, estimate materials and labor, and ensure quality workmanship in the field.

The role requires 2+ years of commercial roofing experience, the ability to work at heights, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Ability to perform service tasks at heights.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work.
• Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project.
• Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects.
• Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.
• Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
• Look for other necessary repairs on properties, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Overview

As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, the technician role is a hands-on service position focused on repair excellence. This technician performs service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field. Work Environment

• This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites


• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.


• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.


• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Driving

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
