JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of various roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Adherence to OSHA regulations and other safety standards, demonstrating safe work practices
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling materials
• Climb and operate on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
• Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and team members

Job Requirements:

• Commercial Roofing experience at all levels; at least 1 year preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check as per company standards
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges from $20 to $33. This estimate depends on qualifications, experience, and other considerations.
