Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Perform site assessments to identify and diagnose roofing issues.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Utilize personal safety equipment and company-provided tools.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow quality control guidelines to uphold Guaranteed Roof's reputation for excellence.
• Participate in training for safety, technical skills, and industry-specific certifications.

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing or construction experience is advantageous but not required - we provide training.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
• OSHA certifications are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade training is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
