Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent in Houston to oversee daily field activities on commercial waterproofing projects. You will lead crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, timeliness, and quality across sites.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial roofing/waterproofing, including 2+ years in supervision, with hands-on experience across TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing/waterproofing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal systems.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Full Time Manual Labor HOUSTON, Houston, TX, US

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southwestern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee day-to-day activities on commercial waterproofing projects, leading crews and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Supervise on-site installation, repair, and maintenance work

What You Bring

5+ years of commercial roofing/waterproofing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

Hands-on experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal systems

Nice to Have

OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification

Specialized training (crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA)
