Qualifications

• Driver's License (Required).

Pay

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Frequent Travel Required

Looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Must designate material staging areas.
• Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Must manage crew personnel scheduling and issues.
• Must be responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.

Compensation

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:

• A structured bonus salary plan after 90 day performance evaluation

All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.

Requirements

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry
• Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred!
• Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
