Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee roofing projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in Construction Management with a focus on roofing. Responsibilities include managing crews, ensuring quality installations, and overseeing daily operations.

This full-time role includes a base salary of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, a structured bonus plan after a performance evaluation, and benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience.
• 2-3 years experience in the roofing industry.
• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.

Looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Designate material staging areas.
• Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and issue resolution.
• Be responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest quality, safest, and most cost-effective manner.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

All offers will be made on a 90‑day trial basis. After 90 days there will be a performance evaluation to determine fit for the position.

Requirements

• 3‑5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, with 2‑3 years experience in the roofing industry.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.
• Minimum high school graduate or GED/college preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
• Positive, solution‑based approach to challenges.
• Strong work ethics.
• Genuine desire to better those around you and improve business.
• Valid driver's license.
• 100% travel required.
