Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to plan, organize, and oversee daily activities of multiple roofing production crews in the Tennessee area. The role requires coordinating material staging and ensuring high-quality, safe roofing installations while managing crew scheduling.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of construction management experience, 2–3 years in roofing, and fluency in English. A driver’s license is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience.
• 2–3 years experience in the Roofing Industry.
• Must speak English fluently; Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.
• Familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Manage crew personnel scheduling and resolve issues.

Salary

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

Travel Requirements

100% travel required. Candidates are willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time.

Compensation & Benefits

All offers are made on a 90‑day trial basis. After 90 days there will be a performance evaluation to determine fit for the position. Salary is competitive with a structured bonus salary plan after the 90‑day evaluation.
