Three Stone Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead daily field operations on commercial roofing projects. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, manage project schedules, communicate with project leadership, and ensure every project meets Three Stone Roofing’s expectations.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience.
- Experience as superintendent, foreman, or field supervisor.
- Ability to read construction plans and specs.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations for commercial roofing projects
- Coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveries
- Review project plans, specifications, scopes of work, and manufacturer requirements
- Conduct preconstruction planning and prepare projects for successful execution
- Maintain project schedules and communicate progress, delays, and field conditions
- Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety policies
- Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite inspections
- Monitor workmanship and ensure installations meet company and manufacturer standards
- Complete daily reports, progress photos, time tracking, and required documentation
- Identify and resolve field issues before they affect the schedule or budget
- Coordinate with project managers, property representatives, consultants, and other trades
- Protect buildings, equipment, occupants, landscaping, and surrounding property throughout construction
- Manage punch-list items and ensure projects are completed cleanly and professionally
- Support final inspections, warranty requirements, and project closeout
- Represent Three Stone Roofing professionally with customers, crews, and project partners
- Travel throughout Tennessee and across the Southeast as required

While the majority of our projects are currently located throughout Tennessee, we travel across the Southeast to serve our customers. Candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly based on project needs.
The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for the daily field operations of commercial roofing projects. - Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience
- Previous experience as a commercial roofing superintendent, foreman, or field supervisor
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing
- Experience managing tear-offs, reroofing, retrofits, and new-construction projects
- Ability to read construction plans, specifications, details, and scopes of work
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements
- Proven ability to lead crews and hold team members accountable
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, project-management software, and photo-documentation platforms
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly and stay overnight when required
- OSHA 30 certification
- Manufacturer training or certifications in major commercial roofing systems
- Experience with Carlisle, Johns Manville or similar manufacturers
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Experience managing large or complex occupied-facility projects
- First Aid/CPR certification
