Job summary

Technique Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations on multiple projects. You will lead foremen and crews, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and quality across commercial roofing systems.

You will review drawings and specs, communicate with project managers and customers, and travel to job sites as needed to maintain project progress and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial roofing knowledge and experience leading field teams.
• Minimum of 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• OSHA certification and commitment to safety policies.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial roofing projects.

• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Review project scope, drawings, and specifications before and during work.

• Support closeout, punch lists, and warranty follow-up as needed.

Technique Roofing is looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys running jobs, supporting crews, and delivering quality work for customers.

You will manage multiple commercial roofing projects, coordinate with foremen and subcontractors, and serve as the key field leader representing our company on‑site.
