Job summary

Tiello is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent / Foreman for the Knoxville market. Lead crews on active projects, manage daily production, safety, quality, and scheduling, and coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.

Work closely with Project Managers and Operations to keep work moving. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial roofing experience, proven leadership of roofing crews, strong low-slope knowledge, and ability to read plans and specs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Strong low-slope roofing knowledge.
• Understanding of manpower, production, materials, equipment, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of OSHA and commercial roofing safety requirements.
• Ability to read plans, details, specifications, and scopes.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial roofing crews and Foremen across active projects.
• Oversee daily production, manpower, safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and jobsite logistics.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Operations.
• Troubleshoot field and installation issues.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, manufacturers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Manage project startup, punch lists, inspections, warranties, and closeout.
• Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Tiello is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent / Foreman for a growing commercial roofing contractor in the Knoxville market.

You do NOT need to live directly in Knoxville. We are considering experienced roofing professionals throughout East Tennessee and within approximately 100 miles of Knoxville.

If you have strong commercial roofing experience and have led crews in the field, we want to talk — even if your current title is Foreman rather than Superintendent.
