Job summary

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking motivated Service Technician Helpers to support our commercial roofing service team. You will assist with repairs, maintenance, inspections and other daily service tasks alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading tools, preparing job sites, setting up ladders and safety gear, operating basic hand and power tools, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while following supervision and OSHA rules.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic construction or roofing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical labor.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Technicians with repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
• Remove debris and prepare job sites for repair work.
• Assist with setting up ladders, safety equipment, and work areas.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow instructions from Service Technicians and supervisors.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.

As our Service Department continues to grow, we are seeking motivated and dependable Service Technician Helpers to work alongside our experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technicians.Position OverviewThe Service Technician Helper assists Service Technicians with commercial roof repairs, maintenance, inspections, and other daily service work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in commercial roofing.
