Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to identify issues, perform repairs, and maintain commercial roofing systems.

This role requires problem-solving, attention to safety, and the ability to work at heights. Responsibilities include diagnosing leaks, repairing EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and metal roofs; following OSHA regulations; communicating with customers and project managers; and documenting work on mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to designated reporting locations.
• Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications, or willingness to learn.
• At least one professional reference.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems.
• Perform service repairs on: EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal Roofing Systems.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
• Document work performed using company-provided mobile devices.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Travel to customer job sites as required.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
