Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose leaks and repair a variety of commercial roofing systems. You will perform preventative maintenance and deliver exceptional service to customers while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires travel to customer locations and job sites, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work safely at heights.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• At least one professional reference.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems.
• Perform service repairs and maintenance on EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal Roofing systems.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify repair or maintenance needs.
• Complete service documentation accurately using company-provided technology.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety policies; travel to sites as required.
