Job summary

J Reynolds, a Tecta America Company based in Saginaw, TX, is hiring experienced commercial roofing service technicians to join our crew. You will inspect, locate, and repair leaks across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and metal systems, while maintaining safety and client communication.

Responsibilities include removing and installing roof systems, performing routine maintenance and repairs, documenting work, and supporting crew leadership on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in commercial roofing service repairs, leaks, penetrations, etc.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
