Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America is hiring Commercial Roofing Service Technicians to join a hardworking team that completes projects from start to finish. You’ll learn and grow within the role and contribute to essential roofing service work.

Starting pay ranges from $22-$32+ per hour, based on experience; eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $1,000. On-site duties include inspections, repairs, budgeting, material planning, and safety-focused tasks with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and take direction from Foreman
• Experience diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other leak sources is helpful
• Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• On-the-job training is provided
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs for damages and leaks
• Perform roof repairs as needed
• Complete field inspections
• Develop a scope of work with a budget
• Organize a materials list
• Clean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debris

• Inspect roofs for damages and leaks
• Perform roof repairs as needed
• Completing field inspections
• Develop a scope of work with a budget
• Organize a materials list
• Clean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debris
