Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Roofing Service Technicians. Starting pay ranges from $22-$32+ per hour, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.

You will inspect roofs, perform repairs and support field inspections from start to finish. This role requires you to develop work scopes, organize material lists, and handle safety with pre-employment screens as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and take direction from crew Foreman
• Experience with diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpful
• Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift
• No fear of heights
• Lift 50+ lbs
• Sit, stand, and climb stairs
• Customer service experience
• On the job training is provided
