Job summary

Schwickert's Tecta America in Savage, MN is seeking motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technicians who want to learn and grow in their career. You will inspect roofs, perform repairs, complete field inspections, and help develop scopes of work with budgets.

Starting pay ranges from $22-$32 per hour, based on experience, with up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, paid time off, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and take direction from crew Foreman.
• Experience diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpful.
• Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift.
• No fear of heights.
• Lift 50+ lbs.
• Sit, stand, and climb stairs.
• Customer service experience.
• On the job training is provided.
