Schwickert’s Tecta America in Minnesota is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Roofing Service Technicians. The role offers growth opportunities, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and starting pay from $22 to $32 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting roofs, performing repairs, field inspections, budgeting scopes of work, and organizing material lists, with on-the-job training provided. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work around heights.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and take direction from crew Foreman
• Experience diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, or other leak sources is helpful
• Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift
• No fear of heights
• Lift 50+ lbs
• Sit, stand, and climb stairs
• Customer service experience
• On the job training is provided

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Starting pay ranges from $22-$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
