Job summary

Tecta America Corp. in Savage, Minnesota is looking for motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technicians. Position Summary: Schwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our Commercial Roofing Service Technicians are hard‑working, enjoy seeing a job from start to finish, and want to learn and grow in their career.

Eligibility for up to a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Starting pay ranges from $20‑$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs for damages and leaks
• Perform roof repairs as needed
• Completing field inspections
• Develop a scope of work with a budget
• Organize a materials list
• Clean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debris
• Additional duties

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and take direction from crew foreman
• Experience with diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpful
• Experience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift
• No fear of heights
• Lift 50+ lbs
• Sit, stand, and climb stairs
• Customer service experience
• On the job training is provided
