Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead a high-quality service division for a boutique commercial roofing contractor. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring service issues are handled quickly, professionally, and correctly the first time, while building lasting client relationships and identifying future reroof work.

You’ll manage service projects end-to-end, coordinate crews and logistics, and mentor a team to maintain top safety and quality

Qualifications

Experience in commercial roofing service management, project management, estimating or foreman roles.
Strong knowledge of commercial low-slope roofing systems, leak investigation, repairs, and maintenance.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Manage service projects from initial call through completion and follow-up.
Lead and coordinate service crews, scheduling, materials, equipment, and logistics.
Build relationships with property managers, building owners, facilities teams, and repeat clients.
Ensure repairs are diagnosed correctly and completed right the first time.
Review opportunities for larger repairs, maintenance plans, restoration, and reroof potential.
Prepare estimates, proposals, service reports, and recommendations to earn trust.
Maintain safety, quality, communication, and profitability.
Mentor and support service team members and grow the service department.
