Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal).
• Complete service repairs and remediation efficiently and correctly.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, take photos, and create repair scopes.
• Lead and work with a 1–2 person service crew.
• Communicate with building owners and internal teams; use mobile apps for documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies; follow OSHA safety rules.
