Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager to bring in new business and oversee projects from inception to completion. You will build relationships with property managers and management companies to secure service, repair, and re-roof work.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in commercial roofing or construction, knowledge of roofing products and manufacturer specifications, and a growth mindset focused on driving revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction.
• Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications.
• Growth mindset with strong desire to develop relationships and drive revenue.
• Manage projects and lead communication with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by building relationships with property managers and management companies for service/repair and re-roof work.
• Manage projects from start to finish and ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project.
