Job summary
gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager to drive new business and manage roofing projects in the Tacoma, WA area. The role includes building relationships with property managers and management companies to secure service, repair, and re-roof projects.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial roofing/construction, knowledge of roofing products, and a strong drive to develop revenue through client leadership and effective project management.

- Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications.

- Ability to manage projects and lead communication with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
