Job summary

Highland Roofing Company in Charlotte is expanding and seeks a driven Commercial Roofing Sales/Account Manager to drive sales of commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, and reroof projects within a two-hour radius.

You will build lasting client relationships, present tailored roofing solutions, work with our service and estimating teams, and enjoy a competitive package with base pay, uncapped commission, profit sharing, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue reroof and repair opportunities via cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Communicate the value of Highland's services to prospective clients.
• Build lasting client relationships, provide expert roofing guidance, and tailor solutions to fit their needs.
• Partner with our service team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction.
• Perform leak inspections and deliver timely, accurate repair proposals.
• Collaborate with estimating and production teams to present roof replacement options to clients.
