Job summary

Highland Roofing Company Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales/Account Manager in Charlotte to drive sales for reroof and repair projects within a two-hour radius. You will build relationships, communicate value, and collaborate with service and estimating teams to deliver tailored roofing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new reroof and repair opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Communicate the value of Highland's services to prospective clients.
• Build lasting client relationships, provide expert roofing guidance, and tailor solutions to fit their needs.
• Partner with our service team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction.
• Perform leak inspections and deliver timely, accurate repair proposals.
• Collaborate with estimating and production teams to present roof replacement options to clients.
