Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or construction management is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales, customer service, or construction-industry experience.
• Physical ability: must be physically fit, comfortable with heights, able to climb heavy industrial ladders.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle capable of hauling equipment.
• Soft skills: coachable mindset, active listening, resilience against sales rejection.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation using cold calling, canvassing, property databases, and networking.
• Site inspections: climb commercial roofs to document damage, measure, capture photos.
• Proposal collaboration with estimators to scope costs and build sales presentations.
• Explain roofing systems, material options, and project execution details to clients.
• Pipeline management: track outreach, follow-ups, and proposals using Salesforce.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat maintenance contracts and referrals.
