Job summary

Tiello LLC is partnering with a leading commercial roofing and building envelope contractor in Chattanooga to hire a Commercial Roofing Project Manager. The role oversees projects from bid to closeout, coordinating clients, field teams, and leadership to ensure safety, timeliness, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing project management, strong knowledge of single-ply, BUR, modified bitumen, and coating systems, and is willing to travel to job sites within the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Knowledge of single-ply, BUR, modified bitumen, and coating systems.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and valid U.S. work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to final closeout, including budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee field operations and ensure quality installation, safety compliance, and efficiency on all job sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and responsive service.
• Review and approve purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and progress billings.
• Conduct project meetings with field staff, foremen, and superintendents to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare cost projections, track margins, and identify opportunities for improved profitability.
• Collaborate with Estimators, Operations Managers, and Service Teams to ensure project accuracy and smooth handoffs.
• Manage warranty documentation, punch lists, and ensure all work meets specifications and customer expectations.
