Job summary

Hi-Peak Staffing is seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee new construction and re-roofing projects in the Lexington, KY area. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and General Contractors to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget roofing installations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience, strong knowledge of TPO/PVC/EPDM systems, and proven leadership in multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing project management experience or comparable industry experience.
• Experience with both commercial new construction and re-roofing projects strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of low-slope commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects including new construction installations, tear-offs, recover systems, and roof replacements.
• Oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and production timelines.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, General Contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, material usage, and profitability.
• Review blueprints, specs, and contract requirements; ensure alignment with schedules.
