Job summary

Tecta America Zero Company LLC invites applications for an in-office Project Engineer in our Cincinnati, OH office. The role supports commercial roofing projects from startup through closeout, handling submittals, warranties, work orders, and project packets to aid project managers and ensure contract compliance.

The ideal candidate will read drawings, prepare RFIs, manage documentation, and coordinate with field teams while leveraging Navision, CAD tools, and MS Office to maintain organized

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing or construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience preparing construction submittals and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Navision or similar ERP software.
• Experience with CAD software and electronic plan takeoffs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project submittals, RFIs, and warranty documentation.
• Create and manage work orders and project packets in Navision.
• Coordinate project closeout, warranties, and owner manuals.
• Perform material takeoffs and issue purchase orders for roofing materials.
• Support project managers with admin tasks and communications.
