Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead projects from bid to completion. You will review plans, bid on jobs, coordinate with general contractors, vendors and customers, and work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure successful execution.

This role emphasizes organization, adherence to schedules and costs, and collaboration across departments. The company promotes from within and rewards strong performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or related field; 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and tracks sales, leads; promotes department services.
• Oversees and directs production and quality control efforts.
• Estimates job costs and presents proposals for review.
• Manages projects to meet schedules and costs; ensures close-out and turnover.
• Resolves disputes with clients and past-due accounts efficiently.
• Reports on issues detrimental to the company’s well-being.
