Tiello is partnering with an established commercial roofing contractor in Phoenix, AZ to hire an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Foreman. You will lead field crews, oversee TPO/single-ply installations, and manage safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery across Arizona and the Southwest.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong roofing expertise, ability to train crews, read plans, and travel as needed. Competitive hourly compensation reflects experience.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial roofing field experience.
• TPO/single-ply roofing experience required.
• Foreman/lead roles or field leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial reroofing and production environments.
• Experience with spray foam, coatings, or fluid-applied roofing is a plus.
• Ability to travel for projects when needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial roofing production crews on active projects.
• Oversee installation of TPO and other roofing systems.
• Manage daily production, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Read and interpret project scopes, plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
• Ensure roofing systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Monitor quality throughout all phases of installation.
• Coordinate with Project Management and Operations teams.
• Train and develop less-experienced field employees.
• Maintain job-site safety and enforce company safety procedures.
• Track production progress and communicate field needs and challenges.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and changing field conditions.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet production goals.
• Lead crews working on both local and traveling projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Position: Commercial Roofing Production Foreman

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $30–$38/hour, based on experience

Tiello is partnering with an established and growing commercial roofing contractor that is expanding its operations in Phoenix, Arizona. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to lead field crews and oversee commercial roofing projects throughout Arizona and the Southwest.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced commercial roofing professional, particularly someone with strong TPO and single-ply roofing experience, who can effectively lead crews while keeping projects safe, productive, and on schedule.

The Commercial Roofing Production Foreman will oversee daily field production, manpower, materials, quality, and safety across active commercial roofing projects.

Qualifications

• Previous Foreman, Lead Roofer, Lead Installer, or field leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial reroofing and production environments.
• Experience with spray foam, coatings, or fluid-applied roofing systems is a plus.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate roofing crews.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel for projects when needed.
• Valid driver`s license preferred.
• Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
