Clark's Quality Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will supervise crews, manage scheduling, safety, and quality to drive profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across sites while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial roofing with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts and improve operations.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling and coordinating large projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Strong communication for team coordination and client updates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all commercial roofing projects within budget and quality standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise roofing crews, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Manage workforce schedules, materials, and equipment for seamless execution.

Description

Clark's Quality Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Managerto oversee and manage our roofing projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring project efficiency, maintaining safety compliance, and driving company profitability. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Plan, schedule, and manage all commercial roofing projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.


• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise roofing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to optimize performance.


• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage workforce schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless project execution.


• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.


• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency to maximize profitability.


• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry and company standards.


• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.


• Vendor & Supplier Management: Coordinate with vendors for materials, negotiate pricing, and manage subcontractor agreements.


• Problem-Solving: Address unexpected project challenges, weather-related delays, and technical issues effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze project issues and implement effective solutions.


• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
