Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures and review estimates with management.
• Work with a variety of commercial roofs: TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and more.
• Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget.
• Run crews of foremen, superintendents, etc.
• Site visits to decipher what roof systems are currently installed.
