Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple construction projects.

• Proven ability to lead field crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for all active Highmark Contracting Company projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Inspect work and manage punch lists and closeout.
• Travel to job sites as required.
