Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of inside commercial sales activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and customer quotations in coordination with sales leadership, exercising discretion within established profit margin guidelines.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and authorize purchases within defined limits to ensure optimal cost and delivery outcomes.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for major commercial customers, managing complex orders, delivery schedules, and project specifications.
• Analyze customer trends, sales data, and inventory performance for recommendations.
• Collaborate with the outside sales and operations teams to forecast demand, manage project timelines, and anticipate potential issues.
• Review and approve order exceptions, credit adjustments, and freight arrangements when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead coordination efforts between departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of large commercial projects.
• Support management with special projects, budgeting input, and performance reporting related to inside sales and customer experience initiatives.
