ABC Supply in Pensacola is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers purchase roofing, siding and window products. You will determine needs and recommend solutions, follow a product checklist, and enter sales orders with accuracy.

You will answer calls, coordinate pickups, follow deliveries, and support inventory control. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, time management and a positive, service‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply to the customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
