We are seeking experienced commercial roofing foremen in Rutland, VT.

Pay starting at $27-30/hr. BOE

Summary

You will lead our roofing crews, overseeing the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring top craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

1. Removal and installation of various roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
2. Roof maintenance and repairs.
3. Work according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
4. Maintain professional interactions with customers.
5. Manage roofing crew, complete paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in training.
6. Track inventory and file daily reports.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
2. Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license.
4. Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
5. Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift 50+ pounds.
6. Work at heights and in various weather conditions.
7. Pass pre-employment screening.

Working Conditions

1. Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
2. Physical effort includes standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
3. Local travel up to 2 hours away.
