Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, and low slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems like BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
• Work well in a team setting.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Lifting 50+ lbs with bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Climb ladders up to 60ft and work on roofs.
• Perform work according to manufacturer specifications with safety in mind.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
