Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction estimating preferred.
• Experience in roofing estimating and familiarity with codes/standards.

Responsibilities

• Estimate labor, materials, and equipment costs for roofing opportunities and generate detailed reports.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and manufacturer warranty.
• Negotiate with suppliers, maintain current market pricing, and draft project documents.
