Qualifications

• 5 years experience in construction estimating preferred.
• Experience in roofing and code enforcement is preferred.
• Continuing industry education in estimating duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed estimates for hours, materials, and equipment.
• Provide value engineering to select optimal roofing systems.
• Review drawings, specs, and warranties for accuracy.
• Attend client meetings with sales to diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Maintain current market pricing for materials in estimating system.
• Draft complex project documents and submittals.
• Generate risk analysis on complex projects and cost reports.
